Omg that happened to us too they take you to a bus that takes forever to go all the way over to the other side of town to wait hours for a ferry !! We ended up leaving the ferry as it had technical difficulties they refused a refund & we had to run to make our dinner reservations it was horrendous 😳

Omg this happened to us. Just about to get on the free ferry and we bought hundreds of dollars worth of tickets to go to a ferry which we had to wait 3 hours for and travel half way through New York
