dont do this fr just tie a medium strength resistant band to something a foot or so above your shoulder height when laying sideways on a workout mat, grab the band while laying sideways towards the band, and pull it back only using your scapula/trap almost like youre doing shrugs! (just sideways and while laying down lol), hold it, then release it, do multiple reps with minor movements in position between reps. this was the only thing that fixed my debilitating back/shoulder/rotatorcuff pain. godspeed

I work a desk job and have this only in the left. The night and shoulder blade pain is so bad it also causes my chest and ribs to hurt. I’ve been cleared by a heart doctor stating it’s not my heart. Does anyone else have such a bad knot that it hurts their chest?
