should think about those bottomless feed bunks made out of oil pipe. little bit more money upfront but nice to be able to move them when getting tore up in one area

I would recommend J bunk along the fence line if you spend money on concrete. We had a ton of H bunks. Cattle jump in them and then they start to crack. Big rat infestation. All J bunk now. Don’t have to battle the cattle either every day. Just my opinion

If you are worried about them stepping on feed make muskrat mounds with the mix across the pasture then they will eat in a circle. I just switch to doing it that way this winter and way less waist
