I'm sorry to say this but life does go on and we have to just carry on with our life we can grieve and miss the person or persons, I do believe they wouldn't want us to be sad and unhappy forever they would want us to have the best life we can and make the best of everything, we all die in the end sorry but we do it's hard it does get better I promise it does ♥️🥰

Millie, my mum died 25 years ago, I still talk about her everyday. Don’t let anyone ever mad you feel like you shouldn’t. Grief is love with nowhere to go. ❤️‍🩹

Why do you still even care what other people think? Especially on the internet? Just do you and screw the rest. ♥️♥️

I think you being authentic and true to yourself, is who you should be. The people that care about you, want to see the good, bad, and ugly! We want to support you! Fuck the haters!! I lost my mom August of 2025. My life has turned upside down! I’m not moving on like things are “normal”. If folks can’t understand that, they don’t have a heart, or they haven’t lost someone that meant something to them. You are helping others know that they aren’t alone, when you talk about how things truly are. I love you Mills!!❤️

Grief is like glitter. The moment your world shatters, it’s as if someone threw it into the air — and it rained down over everything. It settles into your skin, your hair, the deepest cracks of your life. You try to sweep it up, desperate to feel in control of something. You think you’ve cleared it away… until it shows up again. Months later. Years later. In the corner of a picture frame you dust every week. On the sleeve of a sweater you’ve worn a dozen times without noticing it was there. Stuck to the floor where the light hits just right and suddenly it’s undeniable again. You’ll never get it all. It will always be there — this glitter of grief, catching the light in both beautiful and brutal ways. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

People who haven't lost a parent don't understand. Its so hard when you see them regularly and and in the same country. It's so much harder for you with you being not around. You're not around where your mum would have been. It's harder to accept she's not around anymore. Don't be hard on yourself and flick the birdy at everyone else. Sending lots of love and support to you. xx

I lost my grandad in 2021, and honestly I feel the pain gets worse. ( he was like my dad lived with him from a young age.) grief has no timescale and no one can tell you the right way to grieve. My counsellor described it me as I have lost my anchor and now my boat is all over the place trying to steady. Sending you lots of love ❤️xx

Your mom was your home. I seen a quote along the lines of grief is a feeling of being homesick that never goes away thinking of you❤️
