@dabrionne: I’m not ignoring you, I’m just in my cooking element right now. ✨ Strip steak, mashed potatoes, and broccolini as a weeknight dinner after a LONG DAY is always a win. For the curious: - Potatoes were mashed with melted butter, warm milk, salt, white pepper, grated Parmesan, and roasted garlic paste. I topped with a slice of butter and chives when plated. - I prefer my steak medium so I sear it on both sides for about 3-4 minutes and baste with butter and minced garlic. I let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing into strips. While it sits, I use the remaining butter & juices to sauté onions and veggies. - The broccolini was steamed before tossing in butter and garlic. I seasoned with salt and pepper off camera.
