Getting information from tiktok is bad for 1. 20 to 50 percent of information on tiktok is false. 2. short form videos do not give enough contacts to the actual information being presented 3. your interaction with media information will only come from feeds that the algorithm deems you like, leading to even further bias than what the news already currently has.
