why is everyone so jealous of california? it's the best state of all of them. we don't live here and pay these high prices because the state sucks. we do it because we have traveled all over and can't find better! california is AWESOME

Can’t give you that info as it is personal preference. I can say I lived in Wisconsin, probably considered a flyover but you would miss the home of Harley Davidson motorcycle, home of Miller/Pabst brewing in the south and Leinenkugel in north. Frank Lloyd Wright architecture homes. Wisconsin Dells largest water park. Baraboo home of the circus. Door County with their European style towns. I’ve also lived in Arkansas with the very Diamond Mine, Hot Springs, moonshine makers in the hills. Presently in Texas (returning to Wisconsin this summer) with the Alamo, Houston numerous famous towns but between those cities are miles of empty ranch areas that do not show much between them. I drive between San Antonio and El Paso to go see my son in Phoenix and there isn’t much to see between those cities (7 hr drive). My suggestion is look up each individual state to see what interests you. You want summers in the 80F/winters in the 10F you want up north. They have 4 beautiful seasons. Down south you get 1 or 2 seasons. Glad you are enjoying our country. Let me know if you’re coming to Wisconsin

California has beautiful weather and a lot to do. But Florida has the most beautiful beaches in the USA hands down. Texas has so many different terrains, scenery and jobs But our beaches suck. Florida gulf coast for food and beautiful beaches again are the best.

I’ve lived in half a dozen , grew up in Ohio , live there now , I love NC it’s has beach , mountains . And mild 4 seasons . Beautiful moving back there eventually

Depends on what you like, I love California personally and I travel a lot domestically and internationally and I’m always so happy to come home to California. It has everything and we have the best governor. And especially if you like good weather and outdoors, fun and fitness and nature, it has everything.

Choose the state by which weather you like. I have been to 43 states. Washington by far is my favorite. I love the weather here.
