I keep in a cabinet where it's dark and and it hasn't gone bad yet. Maybe I use it fast enough? I buy smaller bottles because I don't use it as much.

Oil is fat and fat solidifies. That’s also why you don’t put it down the drain.

Yes, I make all my own dressings and so learned I need to take out at least an hour before using. Would love to see a list of your every day OVOO and as well good finishing oils. BUT! Affordable ones. Thx. 🥰🇨🇦

Living after divorce :
I keep mine in the pantry…use it pretty frequently. Doesn’t heat and cool but now that it’s summer and the house gets hot, maybe I should put it in the fridge
