The brine is cloudy because of the fermentation. The flavor is very different from a vinegar pickled item. I learned that the longer I let mine sit in the fridge the better the flavor was as it developed. 😁 Their pineapple is my absolute favorite!!

Your pickled garlic is good for deviled eggs deviled eggs, the yolk mixture mince it really good. It’s also good in potato salad, macaroni salad, and best of all broccoli cheddar cheese soup.
