@flickbff: Just added Inside Out (2015) to my favorites list on FlickBFF — and I’ll say it straight up, I really loved this one. Working in healthcare, especially in the mental health space, this movie resonated with me on a deeper level. It did an incredible job showing emotions in a way that was creative, relatable, and easy for people of all ages to understand. A lot of films try to touch on emotional struggles, change, and growing up, but this one really captured how complex feelings can be. Joy, Sadness, Fear, Anger, Anxiety of life changes — it all felt real in a way most animated movies don’t even attempt. And I’m a grown man saying this with no problem: this movie was powerful. It had heart, intelligence, and a message that a lot of adults probably needed just as much as kids did.
