In this scene, the current Lady Himura confirms what they did to his parents, claims him and his kin as belonging to them due to the remaining debt, and shows no remorse for what her own son did to Ryoko and Waku, among many other things because villain speech. This is the same woman that, as a child, would practice her Quirk on Kyoka, and eventually got burned by her when Kyoka escaped. “Came to my home to steal” refers to Waku and Ryoko’s lives, BUT ALSO little baby Haruo, as the Himura would want to retrieve their belongings they believe they’re owed so much. And now we know where Enji and Touya get that hateful look from that terrified Rei so much - generational trauma baBYYYY, it’s in her very being to be petrified of that look.
