Honey Buffalo Chicken Wraps Chicken • 1 lb chicken tenders • 2 eggs • 1 cup bread crumbs • 1/2 cup panko • 1/4 cup flour • 1 tsp paprika • 1 tsp garlic powder • 1 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper • Avocado oil spray Whisk eggs in one bowl. Mix bread crumbs, panko, flour, and seasonings in another. Dip chicken in egg, then coating, and place on a baking sheet. Spray with oil and bake at 425 for 20 minutes, flipping halfway. Honey Buffalo Sauce • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce • 2 tbs honey Mix and brush over cooked chicken. Ranch • 1/3 cup sour cream, mayo, and buttermilk • 1/2 tsp garlic powder • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp pepper • 1/4 tsp onion powder • 3 tbs chives • 3 tbs dill Mix everything together.
