Managers are humans and do not do a lot of things objective. They base judgement of of their own emotions or insecurities. Has nothing to do with the performance of the employee. it's poor leadership

mine is attempting the paper trail. i always contest the reasoning and leave accurate record in the comments section. found mine not paying per dium properly. they promised trip/cruise for members who make the company over 1 mil. i was told i had earned the trip in november. now they keep "kicking the can" and hasnt paid out or even arrange a trip since it is their reward. we have to plan it.

I have got Satica on my right leg. This is all work related. I had a back injury at work and they led to Satica in my right leg. I have had multiple OH appointments now they have decided to send me to OH top person we will talk to me about what work I could do the way I look at it they are trying to push me out from work.
