A few of my friends have been asking me about my recent cruise on the MSC World America on April 18, 2026, departing from Miami. The buffet food was repeated throughout the entire week. There was no shrimp, steak, or baked potatoes to be found. The burgers were prepared with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions already wrapped inside - imagine how they looked when you unwrapped them: soggy and disgusting. The shows were MSC productions and were very poor. The staff was not friendly either; you could pass right by them without even hearing a "good morning" or "good afternoon." I have previously sailed on the MSC Divina, MSC Seaside, and now the MSC World America. I will never travel with this cruise line again. I have also cruised with Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruises, and the service was amazing from the beginning of the cruise to the end. The food, shows, and overall service were excellent.
