My mom has Parkinson’s too, my heart goes out to you ♥️after 10 years of being against it, my mom finally got a deep brain stimulator & there aren’t words for how much it is has helped her. Not sure if that’s an option for your moms case, but just know there is hope

Speech pathologist here. See if there is a SPEAK OUT! provider in her area. I just got certified and it makes a huge difference in communication and voice. Please dm if you have questions about the treatment

I lost my mom to progressive Parkinsonian disorder two years ago. Watching yhe progression of decline and not being able to speak the last year was horrible. I felt like I lost my mom even before she passed. I feel your pain.
