just don't buy the s***** flipped house just because the house is flipped doesn't mean that it's bad it just means that somebody fixed it up cuz it was terrible whether or not they fixed it up good is the question that's up to the purchaser.... that's like saying buying a car that was repaired is bad because you don't know if the repair was good have it inspected figure it out act accordingly just because something was fixed doesn't mean it's s***** now....

House flippers margin’s are being squeezed by overall lower inventory coupled with a downward pressure on the demand side also…

We now do new construction but when we were flipping we definitely redid everything and then some. It’s tough to walk in most flips though, my God. 😵💫
