Go to “Persian Rug Sale” at 14 Essex Ave in Markham - I got a stunning rug from them through Maxsold but you can also just go and hunt through their rugs. Amazing quality and the prices are good for true vintage, basically the same as rugs USA.

The big mirror would be out out of scale with Your smaller cabinet. The mirror needs to be an inch or two smaller otherwise the balance is off. Have you done a trip through Facebook marketplace. I’ve done pretty well over the years on that place.
