I have a question. This kinda goes to the video but it doesn’t too. So I have a whole imaginary world in my head. I literally have imaginary friends and shit. I can see and talk to them. JUST Like a real person. I been dealing this since I was 9. I do have a therapist but I don’t really know how to explain this at all. My grandma (she died before I was born) also had like schizophrenia. Anyways I was just wondering if this is normal or something. Much love 🫶🏻

I’ve just listened to this song because of this video and holy shit it made me feel so seen in a way. I recently had an episode and I felt so alone and scared, I felt like i couldn’t even trust myself or anyone even my closest friends, couldn’t go outside without feeling like I was being judged and watched to the point I’d turn back around and walk back to my house. I always love when the rep doesn’t have anything to do with villainizing us or making us into “crazy killers” cuz that’s not what it is at all. It’s a harmful stereotype that I hate deeply.
