I had Pitocin and they broke my water I was 3cm dilated and 70% effaced prior. It hurt but was manageable. I also went all natural and it was my first baby. I went from 4cm to pushing in less than 2 hours. I would definitely do it again. This isn’t the best option for everyone but for some people it is and if your scared of all the horror stories it’s not always awful
