isnt it easier to just half 20 because 10 is easy, 15% of 10 is 1.5, then double it to undo the halfing at the beginning? so its 3.

fun math fact: percentages are reversible. 15% of 20 is the same as 20% of 15. sometimes the percent is easier to calculate the opposite way of how it's presented
