For the record, Tylenol is not sold behind the counter in the US. Tylenol-3 contains codeine and requires a prescription.

I don’t think you’ve ever been to a pharmacy in the US. Tylenol/acetaminophen is an over the counter item. I’ve never seen a pharmacy stock ammo, literally at all. The only accurate part is having some grocery items.

I’m just trying to understand what pharmacy in the US you’re going to that has acetaminophen behind the counter. Because literally none of them do that. And none of them carry ammo either 🤨. Are there a lot of weird things over here? Sure. But that’s not a thing that happens.

the funny thing, disregarding the inaccuracies. historically speaking. a pharmacy in the US was a barber, a dentist, a minor surgeon, where you got meds, could just be part of a general store, a place to get soda. the evolution of pharmacy here is really interesting. the red and white spinning pool on modern barber shops use to mean pharmacy for instance. soda use to be medicinal so you'd often see a soda counter at a pharmacy. stuff like that.
