I rate the manta sound. I play binaural beats as a background to white noise (I play aircon noise lol) and I sleep so deeply. I’m a side sleeper and this is the only thing that allows me to listen to binaural beats. Also I pair with nose and mouth tape. Can recommend for optimising your sleep routine.
