Bring back American folklore cartoons!!! Paul Bunyan, John Henry, Johnny Appleseed…etc

Jason Scott :

singer is Thurl Ravenscroft

Darius Wolfe-Aspiring Author :

So the average woodfelling axe is between twenty eight and thirty six inches. if we average that at thirty two inches, paul would be 168 feet tall.

jj :

America's Kaiju

JuciJnhi :

Nobody sounds like this anymore

patientflame0369 :

To my knowledge, Paul's voiced by Thurl Ravenscroft's signature bass voice, and it remains a pleasure to hear.

‘Twarn’t nothin

Big Smitty :

I watched this as a kid and I hated that Paul lost to the stupid cutting machine. Anyone could tell the giant was cutting more trees than the twerp with the machine he was trying to sell. I'm a tree worker now. The irony is lost on me. Paul should have won.

Jayson Vincent :

this and john henry

pulsarpoltergeistparadox :

Disney needs to put this on Disney+.

Paul Schallberger :

I remember watching this in class, and afterward my teacher would always signal “Hey Paul!” for me (Paul’s my name). I’m glad to share my name with such a fun character !

I S Ø L A T E D :

KaiyaAquamarine :

My grandma had this on a VHS tape. Would watch it everytime I visited. Love this so much and used to know the whole thing line for line 😂

TungstenAD :

Idk I feel weird I'm scared :

Hear me out

LordHippoGuy :

An axe handle is 3 feet(if it’s a wood splitting axe) which means Paul was 189 feet tall. Who made his shoes?
