this isn’t just a glow up. it’s healing, discipline, and lifestyle changes over time. i have videos on everything i’ve done, but here’s a simple breakdown 🤍 🫧skin🫧 • my acne is very hormonal, so products alone were never the full answer • i focused on foods that support hormone balance like – healthy fats: avocado, olive oil, salmon, nuts, seeds – fiber + greens: leafy greens, broccoli, berries – protein: eggs, chicken, fish • i tried to rule out hormone disrupting things in my home like – heavily fragranced candles – air fresheners – cleaning products with strong synthetic fragrances – essential oils like lavender, tea tree, and certain citrus oils (especially used constantly) • what helped most wasn’t new products, but the order i used them • i’ve been skin cycling for about 3 years – exfoliation night – retinoid/retinol night – recovery nights as needed • i tweak this depending on how my skin feels and don’t overload actives • i keep my routine simple and very focused on skin barrier repair 🧸hair🧸 • my hair grew more in 2025 than it ever has • i prioritize scalp health and use rosemary oil for scalp oiling • i wash my hair when it actually needs it (about every 2 days) • hair training isn’t real and leaving oil on your scalp too long can – clog follicles – increase shedding – cause weaker hair that breaks instead of growing • i keep my hair very moisturized to prevent breakage • i mainly wear protective styles and avoid tight hairstyles • i don’t use heat except blow drying with the dyson airwrap • to reduce heat overall, i do a lot of heatless curls • everything else is broken down on my youtube and other videos 💅🏻nails💅🏻 • i’ve always had very weak, thin nails • genetics matter, but what you put into your body matters too • i focus on foods that support hair and nail growth like – eggs – salmon – leafy greens – nuts and seeds – greek yogurt • i found out last year i was very deficient in vitamins, especially iron and vitamin d • deficiencies can lead to thin, brittle nails so i started taking what i needed and incorporated foods high in those vitamins as well • i apply cuticle oil daily and massage my cuticles and nail plate – massaging increases blood flow which helps nutrients reach the nail matrix • unhealthy nails from doing your own sets usually come from improper removal so always soak off with acetone • popping or ripping nails off removes layers of your natural nail and causes severe thinning ✨overall health + lifestyle✨ i believe in education over influence most changes and don’t come from buying more products. they came from discipline and lifestyle shifts • i prioritize sleep and aim for 8–10 hours a night • women need more sleep than men and this changed everything for me – less inflammation – better hair growth – clearer skin – less stress • this wasn’t easy at first and took real discipline • i avoid my phone before bed and keep a consistent routine • after about a month, it became much easier 💪🏻movement + exercise💪🏻 • exercise improves circulation which supports hair and nail growth(and obviously is good for your overall health physically and mentally) • i work from home and don’t love the gym so i try to move more throughout the day in small ways – walking more – taking stairs one item at a time – avoiding being sedentary all day 🌱nutrition + blood work🌱 • what you eat directly affects hair, skin, and nails • i don’t restrict, i focus on adding nutrient dense foods • one of the biggest changes was getting full blood work done. i was deficient in multiple areas which explained my fatigue and hair shedding issues. MANY deficiencies can cause hair loss or slow growth • PLEASE don’t take vitamins just because an influencer says to. taking vitamins blindly can cause negative effects • if you’re going to invest in supplements, try to invest in knowing what your body needs sharing this because i wish i knew sooner. it’s not about looks, it’s about mental and physical health. this took years, so take it slow. self care should feel supportive, not like a chore🤍 #GlowUp
