How to do Pencil Push-Ups: Hold a pencil at arm’s length and focus on the tip. Slowly bring it toward the bridge of your nose while keeping your gaze locked on the tip. When you see double or it gets blurry, slowly push it back out to arm’s length. That’s one rep. Do 10 reps with one hand, then switch to the other hand. Complete 2–3 sets.
