@connefi6: A lot of tricep workouts start in the wrong place. If you want bigger triceps, stop building the whole session around pressdowns. This setup gives each movement a role: Overhead work first for the long head A heavier movement second Shortened work after that Then pressdowns to finish Triceps day: 1️⃣ Overhead Cable Triceps Extension — 3×10–15 2️⃣ EZ-Bar Skull Crusher — 2–3×8–12 3️⃣ Cross-Body Cable Extension — 2–3×12–15 4️⃣ Rope Pressdown — 2×10–15 Better order.
