My thoughts are that Spirit Airlines profiled this woman and had her charged with a felony simply because they "didn't like her attitude". She handed them her ticket before boarding. If it wasn't scanned, that was the gate agent's fault. I hope she was able to sue and won.

That’s how you know they lied. First the attendant had her ticket in her hand. Second she was charged with disorderly. Not for breaching. Once she said she wanted someone else to assist with her rebooking the attendant made it up. Wow so sad
