The way your twisting your hair is what’s making it to thick for the clip. Do the other twist, twist your hair at the bottom of your head, then grab the base with your left hand and keep twisting it up til the end of your hair is at the base of your head, tuck any fluffy ends and clip it . Fark!

It’s the way you’re twisting you hair 🙈 the way you do it LOOKS incredible but it’s way to fat and tight of a bulge at the top to hold even if your hair was thinner! Try twisting it up from the bottom and folding the excess down and up again

You need a square one !! I got mine from the Fitzroy fashion markets, they’re a stall in the middle. I have THICKKK and curly hair too and mine won’t budge, without a hair tie too !!

Omg I need to put you on! I have the thickest wig hair and nothing holds my hair as well as this clip I found at the reject shop! I know it sounds ridiculous but IT WORKS!!

Girl, I have naturally curly hair and a lot of it. The only claw clips that work for me are these ones, You can get them from Cole’s and maybe Woolies also! 🩷🩷

Needs to be rectangle and matte plastic found it holds my hair waaaaaaay better than any shiny plastic material. And honestly found them at pop up shops in middle of shopping centres & Price Attack!

I have longer hair, I twist it into a low bun and then the last strand is what I clip up and it holds all day without fail. 🙂

You need to make a pony and then pull the pony through but don’t pull it all the way through. Twist then clip.

Definitely the way your twirling your hair. your wrapping it around the top so its too wide. lay the hair next to the other twist rather than under it. does that make sense? haha
