Not sure it exactly relates, but put in a grievance about a bullying manager and during their investigation interview, and being confronted by evidence against them, they randomly blurted out a “serious” (and blatant lie!) allegation of bullying against me. The interviewer (doing the investigation) didn’t follow up on this at all.

I wonder if the tribunal will actually act on this in my case. My employer didn’t ask certain questions because they decided they didn’t want written evidence that they knew all along.
