I think there’s.. a couple of years or so, in my childhood, that I just don’t remember. Between being chronically bullied at school for different minority identities and having NO safe space at home? I used books, games, and music to escape. I remember a lot of those books and games like the back of my hand, but a lot of my childhood is just a blur

Does anyone who's been through this just feel overall less intelligent? I have memory issues but also it feels like I cannot think, my mind goes blank sometimes. I don't know if I have just become stupid or if it's just years of living in survival and trauma.

I have sever memory issues. and I cant tell if its from past trama, sleep apnea or my severe depression or something different and my doc cant get the approval to look into it untill all those issues are addressed and treated first... such apain
