This honestly deserves more attention. If companies are using AI-generated ads to show products doing things they can’t actually do, or making them look completely different from the real item, that can cross into false advertising and consumer fraud. In the US, the FTC can act against deceptive marketing, and in the UK the ASA and consumer protection laws also cover misleading ads and fake claims. Respect for actually buying these products and exposing the reality instead of letting people get scammed by convincing AI videos.
