I know even with all our support, it still feels like your own your own. but pls believe me, when I share my opinion and say, it will get easier for you to coupe, it honestly does!! But also you must be able to look after number 1. ( THATS YOU!! ) to be able to look after number 2. and 3. and so on. I know also from our island culture, we're always used to looking after every 1. in our inner circles before ourselfs. but you MUST know that, you are allowed to do this journey, for yourself. and not only you... but it also for your daughters, family, friends, aiga. #letitoutdonttryholditin!!
