Have a safe trip home.I totally understand all the things that you're saying as a black woman in Japan. I've lived here before during University so when I came back I brought so many clothes and so many hair products. and I've paid a lot of money having hair products imported here and with the loneliness I think I'm very grateful for my husband and my dog 😆😆 Japan is amazing but you really have to do a lot to make it work for you and I totally understand why you or anyone else would want to go home because it's rough. I'm a teacher and my students are kind of the reason why I can push through most days. they're so sweet and kind to me so it helps alot. like it really provides a huge contrast of somebody being rude to me because I'm a foreigner, and then my kids hugging me so much that I can't walk into my classroom 😅😅😅 I've had some pretty rough days myself. I'm in Kansai if you ever want to say hi before you leave take care. 😌

one of my exes who moved out of the US asked why I don't just move to Japan because I'm half? and as much as I miss Japan... this was my reasoning as to why it would be impossible... just off the economy alone.

Living in Asia is not for the faint hearted, been there done it myself, if you have any rejection or bullying wounds as a child then dont go to Asia 😭 It can be nice getting attention but its not always positive.
