I’m having a perry, oral dermatitis flare underneath my nose… I think from the nasal spray I’ve been using for the last two weeks… I have one big white head within it, and I’m wondering if you ended up popping yours… It doesn’t seem like a total normal whitehead, so I’m afraid to pop it and then screw my skin up more, but it looks terrible and has dryness and flaking all around it and under it.
