In the prospectus on page 29 it is mentioned that in the case of an oversubscribtion, the basis of allotment will be decided by the BoD in a “fair and equitable manner” 😂 I think they thought that meant allocating over 48% of the shares to “strategic investors” and not disclosing the full details 😂
