I think reta has the perfect amount of suppression at a nice small dose for me. I need to be able to still maintain or even build muscle and I need to be able to eat enough to do that :) if I don’t get enough food because of suppression I’m extremely tired, grumpy and can’t get my workouts dialed.

For me the appetite suppression was better on Reta, and it has definitely gotten stronger the longer I’m on it (been on it about 2 months now). Some days I’m randomly really hungry, but I feel full after a couple bites.

To me no the appetite suppression isn’t as strong but when you start to eat you get full fast and sometimes it’s like you get disgusted with food! It’s like noooo I can’t eat this 🤮

Also remember its not, and never should be about starvation. You HAVE to get 100g of protein per day and include a consistent exercise routine with weights on either one.

Reta goes great with me while I’m building muscle. It helps because it doesn’t keep my appetite so suppressed that I can’t eat enough Calories and Protein to fuel my body but it keeps me from wanting to just bored eat or from eating Junk Food.. That’s just Me.

I do not even think about food. My stomach never growls. Nice thing I do want to eat and have not had any nausea some have had. It’s been great for me.

In my experience, reta does not. More like controlling portions not suppression. Which for me personally, I like. I’ve had amazing results with reta.

I had a hard time at first but now all is well (been on it for 8+ months). I have a good block but I still get hungry. It’s definitely different but I’m still loosing, I’m down 85lb
