I feel like this is an obvious fault? He should have waited for all traffic to stop/lights to go red?? Because people can still continue on yellow if they’re close to the line

Learner is in the wrong, amber is prepare to stop yes but cars do drive on it, and this car clearly wasn't stopping. Learner should have waited until the car had clearly stopped and their light was red

If people don't understand how this is a serious fault then they shouldn't be near a car. Regardless of amber light etc you 100% need to anticipate that - it could have resulted in a serious accident.

Driving test should allow 2 serious faults imo. The reason I say this is because imagine someone got the serious fault inside 2 mins then why waste 40 more mins when they've already failed

How does he know that the other driver had a yellow? In Sweden it will not always change at the same time.

Doesn’t help the silver car went through an amber which means stop. But go by the 3 S’s will the other car have to slow swerve or stop? If the answer is yes you wait.
