It depicts Stg. William Jasper who saved the flag at the Battle of Sullivan’s Island (later Ft Moultrie) about a week before the Declaration was signed. The American Revolution heroes Francis Marion, Thomas Sumter, and Andrew Pickens (Swamp Fox, the Gamecock, and the Wizard Owl) are why South Carolina's role in the American Revolution was so important to the success of the war.

tbh in real life 2 wks ago I went in got my sticker. Nothing about a new plate was mentioned. I just paid my fees and left. Not everything is a controversial topic just dont ask for the new plate
