“Keep it simple” has the most longevity, save for the color of the tub itself. Looks classy, has a *tiny* dose of personality with the vertical base w/ thin stripe, but anyone could design around it to their taste. Could always play with color combination here, but also keeping it agreeable.

Color is back, and buyers want personality. For resale, the solid green tile or the dainty accent stripe are perfect. They offer a custom feel without being too polarizing, whereas the heavy vertical stripes might be too bold for a standard market.

Designer here and the only thing I would caution you on is accenting the niche in a contrasting tile and just say no to listellos. Please don’t do that.
