In tech, the big change happened in fall/winter 2025. Prior to this, the tools weren’t good enough. It feels like the biggest changes will happen in the next year or two. I’m not a supporter or a skeptic, just someone who hopes they’ll still have a job in 5 years

My COO wouldn't give me a copilot pro license because he couldn't find any use for himself. Therefore, he thought no one could. I have 25 uses off the top of my head...stop talking to CxOs. These are outdated roles.

They need to redo the survey. In the last 5 months alone the models, tooling and integration have improved significantly. All companies who have a clue are evolving their products and revamping product and dev lifecycles. The new UI for products and business tools will be conversational. Anyone who hasn’t realized that will be left behind and fail
