i don't think you can increase the number of floors, if it is, i have L shaped villa and need to upgrade it to G+1.

Well said bro,👍👍👍However, the entire superstructure is supported by the substructure (the foundation). When jacketing a superstructure (columns and beams), the weight of the entire structure may increase by approximately 1/2 to 3/4 of the original weight. Then, without jacketing the substructure, how could it support the new dead load from the superstructure as jacketing the substructure is practically not feasible? Thank you!
