He has so much hate for Mac it’s actually affecting his health. Anyway, I just choose the right side of the track pad as my secondary click. It’s easily setup in track pad settings. It’s one of the first things I do when setting up 😁🤷🏻♂️

3 finger drag is ESSENTIAL! idk if it was default on Lion when I got my first Mac or if I just discovered it but I don’t see how people live without it. I can’t stand how they keep burring it deeper in the menus

There’s so many people I know who say they can’t stand macOS because of a stupid reason like this, when all they want is for it to work like their $400 windows laptop. Ok, sure, I’ll use a worse trackpad because I can’t figure out how to do a secondary click….

The last time I used macOS they don’t have the three finger drag. But I always just double clicked to the lock the drag then moved the window around where I needed it. Then clicked again to unlock the drag. 🤷🏼

maybe I am crazy but I love using Windows, Mac and will lock down Linux soon. These are tools not gaming consoles, and frankly if you work in the technology space you should be able to operate each.

I don’t get the hate. MacBooks have the best trackpads in the game. PC trackpads are trash. If I’m using a PC I use a mouse. Mac either or.

I used Mac my entire life and was forced to use windows for work and for the first few years I didn’t even know you could just right click by clicking the right side, but I still do 2 fingers cos it feels oddly natural. But DAMN windows sucks, it’s feels so nice to get to use macOS for personal work.

yeah us Mac at home, Win at work, and really their trackpad usage has pretty much converged in 2026. plus if you using an app where you doing a lot of manipulation (like cad) just get an bluetooth mouse already)

I bought an M5 MacBook Air. It’s my first Mac and I hate it. But I love how I hate it. It’s an amazing piece of shit. Tbh, it’s different, more restrictive than windows and probably will have a learning curve, but I enjoy using it. The build quality it’s miles in front of average laptops in the same price range
