@natalieevamarie: At this age, I’m over quick fixes. I’m always training to get stronger and more confident, while staying lean and keeping my energy up. My current training split: ✨ Strength Training 3-4 days/week (depends on my schedule) ✨ Conditioning & Core 1x/week (for metabolic health & fat burning) ✨ Warmup before & mobility/stretching after all workouts (just takes a couple mins!) ✨ Keep moving on rest days — I aim for >10,000 steps daily (I track but don’t obsess) ✨ I track macros using the macro calculator in my app — set at ‘maintenance’ for a lean build right now ✨ I Focus on eating whole foods with treats here and there to curb my cravings and enjoy life!
