@elvii.sweets: Matcha Cookies🍵 (soft + chewy café style) This one’s for my matcha lovers 💚 Ingredients: 120g unsalted butter (room temp) 115g white sugar (≈ 7 tbsp + 1 tsp) 30g brown sugar (≈ 2 tbsp + 1 tsp) 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract (5g) 200g all-purpose flour (≈ 1 ½ cups + 2 tbsp) 5–6g matcha powder (≈ 2 tsp) 20g milk powder (≈ 3 tbsp) 1 tbsp heavy cream (15g) (or milk) ½ tsp baking soda (2g) ½ tsp salt (3g) white chocolate chunks ( as much as u want🤍) ⸻ Instructions: Cream butter and sugars until fluffy Add egg and vanilla, mix then add heavy cream, mix again.
