Question: I have a Fee-for-Service Medicaid client that I provided services for, but I have not received payment. I was informed that the client also has Medicare and that I need to bill Medicare first before Medicaid will process the claim. I’m not fully understanding this process—can someone with billing experience please explain how this works and what steps I need to take?
