@createwithkendra: Inspired by Thomas Keller’s Gnocchi Parisienne… but with a little garden twist of my own 🤍 I swapped the Gruyère for ricotta and Parmesan for something a little softer and more delicate, then brought in what’s growing right outside—onion tops, carrot greens, and a touch of basil blended into this fresh, vibrant pesto broth. The gnocchi itself is light and airy—like little clouds—and if you crisp them up in butter first… it takes it to a whole other level. Finished with sweet peas, fresh herbs, and parmesan… honestly, I kind of surprised myself with this one. The best part? You can really play with the garden greens and adjust the flavors to your own liking—this sauce is so playful and such a fun way to use what you have on hand. And before anyone comes for me… I know my French pronunciation might not be perfect 😂 I’m trying my best here! ✨ Comment GNOCCHI and I’ll send you the full recipe
