my fav cheesecake i’ve ever made ! so creamy :D    crust: 1 1/2 cup crushed nilla wafers(150g) 1/3 cup melted butter(76g)   banana pudding topping:   1 box instant banana pudding(96g)(3.4oz) 2 cups of milk (480g) whipped topping :   1 cup heavy whipping cream(240g) 2 tbsp powdered sugar (16g) mix your cold milk & pudding mix until it becomes thick, let sit for 5 minutes before adding whipped topping. for the whipped topping whip together cream and sugar until a stiff peak forms. fold together the whipped topping and pudding until it’s combined but still fluffy, don’t overmix. add on top of the cooled cheesecake   cheesecake filling:   3 (8oz) packages of softened cream cheese(680g) 1 cup granulated sugar(200g) 1 tsp vanilla(5g) 3 eggs( room temp) 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt ( or sour cream)(120g) 1/2 cup mashed banana(120g)(1 banana) & 1 banana for the middle layer 1/2 cup crushed nilla wafers for the middle layer (50g) beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then mix in the vanilla extract. add the eggs one at a time, beating just until combined. blend in the sour cream and mashed bananas until the mixture is smooth.    pour half of the cheesecake filling in the prepared crust pan & then add the sliced banana and crushed wafers, then add the rest of the cheesecake. pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and smooth the top. place a pan filled with water on the bottom rack under the cheesecake & place the cheesecake on a rack above. bake at 325•F for about 55 to 65 minutes, or until the center is just set and slightly jiggly. turn off the oven, crack the door, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour. then remove it and let it come to room temp outside the oven, chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.    #bananapudding #cheesecake #Recipe #baking #fyp
