it's an air fryer so using the liners prevents air from circulating properly and that's probably why it's undercooked. did you preheat it beforehand? did you cook it long enough and use a thermometer? you have to still treat it like an oven! just a smaller, more convenient one.

best kitchen appliance but it's not for frying it's literally just a cheaper mini oven
