@noaltseason: Hidden behind an ordinary street facade in Buenos Aires, I found a place that feels like stepping into another century. Today it’s DEL900 Hostel Boutique, but this building was most likely once a grand city residence from the early 1900s - the era when Buenos Aires dreamed of becoming the Paris of South America. High ceilings, iron balconies, old staircases, inner galleries, warm lights, worn wood, black-and-white floors… every detail still carries the atmosphere of that time. Later, houses like this were often divided into rooms and turned into boarding houses for newcomers arriving to the city. Now its history lives again as one of the most atmospheric stays in Buenos Aires.
