When you call your vets office who do you talk to first ? The receptionist right ? Who do you leave a message with ? Who makes your appointments? Who are the ones that first hear panic in your voice when something is wrong ? Who greets you when you walk in ? I’m not a vet office receptionist, I’m a neurotic pet mom . They answer my emails quickly and efficiently send the messages to the vet for me , have heard me break down in tears on the phone . I appreciate every person that works in the vet offices

Regardless of someone's roll in healthcare anyone who fckn says "they're just a..." needs to sit down and sthu. As an ER/OR cleaner I've heard some absolute shit opinions about us and others who may not be a nurse or a Dr. We all count on each other and depend on one in other ✌️.
